Terms & Conditions

1. Management reserve the right to change the programme of the Surf Camp when conditions are unsafe.
2. A day that is cancelled by West Coast Surf School or by the parents CANNOT BE USED ON A DIFFERENT week. One days notice must be given for cancellations. Refunds are made on the following basis: 1 day cancelled €15 refund, 2 lessons cancelled days €45, 3 lessons days cancelled €65, 4 lessons cancelled days €80 and 5 lessons days cancelled €110 refund.
3. The objective is to teach surfing in a fun and safe manner. However, children may get bumped by other children’s surfboards, thus parents should realize that there is always risks associated with surfing. I understand that surfing can be a dangerous activity and I acknowledge that there are risks associated with surfing. I will not hold the staff or management of West Coast Surf School responsible for any loss or damage of posessions or personal injury while partaking in activities with West Coast Surf School.
4. Payment: A deposit of €20 is required to guarantee booking, full payment made on the first morning of Surf Camp.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque made out to “West Coast Adventure Tours.”
5. Participants are expected to arrive at scheduled time. We cannot delay lessons.
6. Guardian, please be at the Wesport Leisure Centre 10 mins prior to arranged drop-off time.
7. Guardian must be contactable for the duration of the lesson.
8. Staff of West Coast Surf School must be notified of any medical conditions or behavioural problems in advance.
9. West Coast Surf School are to be notified in writing by the guardian if the child is allowed to walk or cycle home after their lesson.

Please explain to your children

• They will not enter the water without being under the supervision of an instructor and will abide by the instructor’s direction.
