Teens Surf Camp

Summary

•  Teens Camp aimed at ages 13-17
• All beginner lessons held in waist deep water.
• However, all students should be able to swim.
• Maximum of 8 students per I.S.A. (Irish Surf Association) Beach Lifeguard Qualified Instructor.
• Male and female changing facilities and toilets available.
• Pick-up (9am) and drop-off (1pm) daily Monday – Friday at Westport Leisure Centre.
• There are a maximum of 14 places per day, so please book early.
• Pre-booking is essential.

What to bring

• We provide the equipment – wetsuits, surfboards and aqua shoes.
• Please bring a towel, a swimsuit, warm clothes, a bottle of water and a smile.
• We provide a healthy snack after the surf lesson.

How much does it cost?

What if conditions do not suit?

We withhold the right to cancel surf lessons when we feel conditions are not suitable (if high winds surf can be too dangerous for lessons. In Louisburgh, on these days we try to show a surfing DVD, instead of doing a surf lesson. If more days are cancelled we provide a refund.
